About This Session

One of the biggest challenges in working with global teams isn’t technical capability.

It’s communication.

This session was created from real experience working with Indonesian talent, building offshore teams, and navigating global work environments where English is the shared language.

Not to teach perfect grammar. Not to judge accents. And definitely not to make anyone feel “not good enough.”

This session exists to help you build confidence in using English naturally, imperfectly, and consistently, the way it’s actually used in global teams.

What to Expect

  • A Simple, Guided Conversation

    We’ll have an open discussion in English, guided gently so everyone feels comfortable joining in. No pressure to speak perfectly.

    There’s no judgement here. Everyone is learning, and mistakes are a normal part of the process. You’re encouraged to try, not to perform

  • Everyday English, Used Naturally

    We’ll use simple, practical English the kind you actually use at work. Short sentences are completely okay.

  • Small Steps You Can Apply Right Away

    You’ll pick up small habits that can help you use English more confidently in daily work conversations, meetings, or chats.

  • Progress Over Perfection

    The goal isn’t to sound fluent.
    It’s to feel a little more comfortable speaking up than you did before.
